Our Company
Mundial Consulting was
founded in 2003 as an independent consultancy for both the public and
private sector. The objective of the company was to provide advice on
best value procurement, project management and commercial support
activities.
The focus of the company lies first and foremost with understanding the
client perspective and offering an objective solution to their business
requirements. Effective research, professional management, clearly
defined processes and bespoke evaluation form the backbone of all client
relationships, ensuring that only the best service is delivered.
Much of the work undertaken by Mundial Consulting over the past eighteen
months has been dedicated to developing programmes that raise awareness
of the link between the human factors associated with ICT projects and
ultimately, the successful impact these can have.
By linking these two elements together Mundial Consulting has
successfully managed a number of large implementation projects whilst
actively engaging the user population to firmly embed and deliver the
technology benefit.
