Nick Henley
Managing
Director

Nick began his career with BT and during his tenure worked for nine
years within sales and marketing, global procurement and bid and
contract management.
Following a
move to Ericsson Enterprises, which was latterly known as Damovo UK, he
had responsibility for UK commercial activities which included pricing,
tender management and all aspects of contract management and
performance.
During his tenure with both BT and Ericsson Enterprises he maintained a
strong focus on building and operating managed service contracts within
the public sector and call centre markets.
He founded Mundial Consulting, an independent IT consultancy, in March
2003 with the objective of providing advice on best value procurement,
project management, commercial contract evaluation and Business process
management.
Through his
industry and customer experience, he has ensured that his focus lies
firmly with understanding the client perspective and taking an objective
view to their business operations.
Nick is also a business studies honours graduate and also a member of
the Chartered institute of Purchasing Supply (CiPS).

Andy Crookes
Programme Director

Andy has worked for BT for over 30 years in a number of roles; most
recently as a senior business director. He has significant experience in
contract, bid and project management as well as strategy setting and
proposition development.
While at BT, he worked in both the public and private sector and has a
great deal of experience of managing large complex bids.
He also has experience in developing and delivering training to improve
the quality of bids and sales proposals along with mentoring, change
management and team building skills designed to motivate people to reach
their potential.
Andy is an excellent communicator with proven negotiation and selling
skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships with people
at all levels.

Karen Hodgson
Marketing and Change Consultant

Karen began her career in the TV and media industry and then moved into
IT and communications with Great Nordic and BT.
Over a
period of 18 years Karen has worked in large and medium sized global
companies within marketing, customer service and organisation and
transformation change.
Karen is
qualified in AIM change management, experience of Six Sigma methodology
and holds Chartered Marketing status as well as a MSc Business in
Telecommunications and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

Sally Wilcox
Business Consultant

Sally spent 32 years with BT working across a range of functional
disciplines including Finance, Systems Engineering, Consultancy,
Business Development and Sales.
Holding a
series of Senior Management positions and gaining a unique range of
skills and knowledge she has undertaken work in, and with, both the
public and private sectors. Notably this has included large scale
contact centre deployments, people development, business transformation
and setting business strategy.
Sally is
an experienced and successful leader of change, understanding the
complexities of business and ensuring that customers and people are
placed at the heart of business transformation.
Accomplished in aspects of financial, technical, sales and business
enables adaptation to many different business opportunities and the
ability to contribute in discussions with people from a wide spectrum of
disciplines across disparate organisations.
Sally holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, a BSc(Hons)
in Computing and Informatics and is a member of the Institute of
Telecommunications Professionals.
